According to these plans, the energy consumption, harmful waste gas and carbon dioxide emission of the five industries will be greatly reduced by 2014 through the implementation of cleaner production technologies such as the chlorination titanium dioxide boiling chlorination production technology and the selection of suitable experimental machine production process technology for the production of solvent based coatings

according to the plan, the annual production capacity of titanium dioxide industry adopting chlorination titanium dioxide production technology will reach 300000 tons by 2014, and the popularity of boiling chlorination production technology in chlorination titanium dioxide production will reach 60%; The continuous acidolysis production technology of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process, waste acid concentration technology of tail gas waste heat, heat utilization technology of sulfur titanium co production, acid hydrolysis black residue recovery technology, titanium dioxide top record of 16, and the comprehensive utilization technology of ferrous sulfate by-product reached 50% in the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid process; The comprehensive utilization technology of gypsum, a byproduct of titanium dioxide, was applied and popularized. the chromium salt industry should adopt cleaner production processes such as alkaline solution oxidation of ferrochromium to produce chromate, pneumatic fluidized tower type continuous liquid-phase oxidation to produce sodium chromate, potassium system sub molten salt liquid-phase oxidation and calcium free roasting, saving 325000 tons of standard coal, reducing 710000 tons of chromium slag and 3.65 billion cubic meters of waste gas

the barium carbonate industry will strengthen the construction of demonstration projects such as the utilization technology of rotary furnace tail gas waste heat boiler and the application of rotary furnace electrostatic precipitator technology. By adopting cleaner production technology, it is estimated that by 2014, the annual output of the whole industry will be about 700000 tons, 77400 tons of standard coal will be saved, and 1.12 million tons of wastewater will be reduced
